All our fresh stone crab claws and seafood are shipped with plenty of ice via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure they arrive cold and ready to enjoy. Because stone crab claws are highly perishable, we only ship overnight and follow a strict schedule:

- **Monday–Thursday:** Orders received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time are shipped the same day for next-day delivery.

- **Friday:** Due to changes in FedEx’s Saturday service, orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday for next-day delivery (or another valid ship date you select).

- **Saturday & Sunday:** Orders received on the weekend will be accepted for next-day shipment the following Monday or another valid ship date.

- **No Monday Delivery:** We do not deliver on Mondays. Our warehouse team and the FedEx pickup staff have Sundays off. Stone crab claws are highly perishable, so we ship overnight to ensure you receive them as fresh as possible.
