If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time by phone or email and we will arrange a prompt full refund. Be sure to keep your shipping documents and packaging when returning the product.
If your order was delayed or damaged in transit, notify us right away and we will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf. FedEx issues refunds to the shipper, not the consignee, so we will handle the process for you.
