What is the return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) at855-FL-FISH-1or emailinfo@floridafreshfishstonecrab.com.
We’ll promptly review your order and, if necessary, process a full refund or replacement. Please keep your original shipping documents and packaging for verification.
If an issue occurs during shipping, we’ll file a claim with FedEx on your behalf to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?

Becausestone crab claws and seafood products are highly perishable, all sales are consideredfinal once shipped.
However, your satisfaction is guaranteed — if there’s ever a problem with freshness, quality, or delivery, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund
When will I get my order?

All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12 PM EST ship the same day for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM or on Friday ship the following Monday (due to FedEx’s Saturday delivery policy).
  • No Sunday or Monday deliveries are available, as our facility and FedEx pickup team are closed Sundays.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our stone crab claws areharvested directly from the waters of the Florida Keys and the state’s west coast, includingEverglades City, Isle of Capri, Hernando Beach, Naples, and Fort Myers.
We also source select premium claws from our trusted affiliate inMarsh Harbor, Bahamas, where waters are shared with Florida.
All products are processed, packed, and shipped locally fromFort Pierce, Florida.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and order size.
Because our claws areperishable and shipped overnight via FedEx Priority, we work hard to keep rates as low as possible while maintaining the fastest, most reliable delivery.
Every order is100% freshness-guaranteedand shipped in insulated packaging to ensure your stone crabs arrive cold and ready to enjoy.
